How to Order and Terms of Sale

Ordering

If you would like to place an order, please fax through your PO to the attention of ‘Marketing’ at the following number 514-344-2584. Alternatively you can call 514-344-4004, extension 115 or 114, to place your order by telephone or e-mail orders should be addressed to ‘Marketing’ at customers@ibex.ca.

Please ensure the following information is included in your order:

• Name of the person who is ordering and a contact telephone number/fax number
• PO Number
• A description of the product you wish to purchase with the product code
• The quantity of kits/antibodies/enzyme you wish to purchase
• Method of payment, if by credit card supply card provider name (VISA / MC), full card number, and card expiry date
• Shipping address (and billing address if this differs from the shipping address)
• The person who will receive the shipment
• Your Fed-Ex account number (if applicable)
• Your Federal Tax ID Number or VAT Number

Shipping

All orders are shipped using Fed-Ex unless an alternative is requested by the customer. Shipments are within one week of receipt of order, unless the customer is advised otherwise.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer, either directly via Fed-Ex account or indirectly, the shipping will be added to the invoice . (An approximate cost for shipping can be given at the time of order – but this may be subject to change).

No shipments will be made to home addresses or PO Boxes.

Documentation

In some instances special documentation may be required to clear customs. It is the responsibility of the customer to advise IBEX Pharmaceuticals if any permits are required to accompany the shipment for customs clearance. Any delays in customs due to inappropriately filled out documentation or documentation not supplied by the customer will be the responsibility of the customer to rectify.

Payment

We accept payment by Wire Transfer, Certified Cheque or Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard).

An invoice will be sent out upon shipment of product. The amount is due to be settled in full within 30 days of the invoice date.

(Payment by Visa/Mastercard will be at time of order).

Product Specifications

Data sheets for all kits and antibodies are available on request.

All kits are valid for 6 months from date of manufacture.

Returns

Returns are not accepted without prior approval from IBEX Pharmaceuticals Inc. with a Material Return Authorization number (MRA#), issued by IBEX Quality Assurance department, written on the box. Only unopened products will be considered for a credit and only on contacting IBEX within 10 business days of receipt of your purchase.

• Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Product must be received within 10 business days after approval for return, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• No credit or return will be accepted if the product meets specification agreed upon prior to shipment.
